Packages sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. Once a package leaves the facility I am unable to alter the shipping speed or overcome delays due to weather or technical issues. 

Milana is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available to accept the package. Kindly note that once an order is shipped, Milana will not change the shipping address upon request. You are responsible for the payment of re-shipment of your item(s). 

If you've already paid and entered the wrong address, please contact me IMMEDIATELY at with the subject line: SOS WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED!!

If for any reason your package has already been sent out to the incorrect address, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. 

If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email within 14 days days of delivery for a replacement.

Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Milana reserves the right to refuse any replacement requests if it is believed the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by Milana due to a manufacturing defect.

Milana creates gold-filled jewelry in small batches. The U.S. Govt requires that gold filled jewelry have 3-5% of solid gold to be sold in the U.S. The base metal for pieces are brass, because it is the most readily available. Don't worry, Milana Jewelry pieces are hypoallergenic & water safe!

MILANA offers an industry leading warranty. Our pieces are designed to last a lifetime, but if for some reason your product becomes damaged due to a manufacturing defect - we will replace the item one time or fix it for free one time. Our 1 year does not cover unintentional wear and tear (water/chemical damage, scratches/scuffs, accidental breakage) or lost/stolen items. Any repairs or alterations performed by any party other than MILANA will void the warranty. If the particular piece you wish to exchange is discontinued, then we will allow an exchange for something of equal or lesser value (excludes sale items). MILANA has the right to refuse replacements or repairs if we determine there was intentional damage to our products.
